The provinces of Alberta and British Columbia are implementing across the curriculum, in all subject areas, a controversial resource teaching guide called, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI). The document is dived into three parts: policies and procedures, inclusive environments and curriculum resources. It's known to as SOGI 1-2-3.

The document uses this quote as its theme: “With higher levels of discrimination and bullying, and lower level of family, school, and community support, LGBTQ youth face higher risks for significant health challenges, including suicidal thoughts and attempts, and problem substance use.

Wycliffe College at the University of Toronto last night hosted three professors to address the question, "Is There Meaning to Life?" We listened to the entire presentation. The speakers were philosopher William Lane Craig, psychology professor Dr. Jordan Peterson, and philosopher and author Dr. Rebecca Newberger Goldstein. It was part of the Religion and Society Series of talks and discussions.

Did you know that 215 million Christians face persecution around the world? There are at least 50 countries guilty of this practice. In 2017 alone, 3,066 Christians were killed, 1,252 abducted, and 1,020 raped or sexually harassed on account of their faith. There were 793 churches attacked or destroyed.

This is what that organization Open Doors USA states in its 2108 annual report.

Sadly, Barry Neufeld is the latest casualty of political correctness in Canada. He's a trustee with the Cilliwack District School Board, in British Columbia. He now has to face the Human Rights Commission. His crime? He has dared to questioned the teaching of gender fluidity to children, even though the ideology is not a proven fact.

The upcoming Feb. 11th, speaking engagement by University of Toronto Professor Jordan Peterson has been cancelled by Edmonton's Citadel Theatre. A CBC article reported that the Theatre has apologized for not honoring the contract. Peterson is currently touring internationally to promote his new book, 12 Rules to Life: An Antidote to Chaos.

This is the statement posted by Citadel's board of directors on their Facebook page:

The Citadel Theatre could have handled the Dr.

Have you watched the interview of University of Toronto Professor Jordan Peterson by the British television Channel 4 host Cathy Newman? You should because Peterson's answers expose the danger of identity politics, the leftist rhetoric behind the sex pay gap and why the religion of relativism in the post-modern world is a lie. Newman got a wake up call. Social reality goes way beyond opinions, slogans and feelings.

Groups and religious organizations that want to receive grants from Canada's federal government for summer jobs must now support "women's reproductive rights," which is a euphemism for abortion. Those that don't give a Liberal yes to intentionally killing the unborn get no funding. Canada's Liberal government is forcing pro-life Canadians to reject their views and say that they believe in the government pro-death ideology.

Most Western nations and the United Nations have fully embraced policies and laws of identity politics. So, let me begin this entry by asking a few questions.

There is a great deal of language used everyday to communicate, but also to persuade and sometimes even to manipulate thought and behaviour. Words are to get us buy products, services, get our votes, click like and change thinking. To think and communicate effectively clear language ought to be used between the speaker and the listener. When words are being used to deceive or merely to persuade or alter behaviour one needs to be especially on guard.

In Canada, Christian beliefs have been pushed through policies and laws over the years more and more into the private sphere. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau recently made it clear that Canadians can believe what they want, but when it comes to the public square groups and organizations must support the government's position on life issues like abortion in order to receive any government funding. This anti-life policy is already fully in effect in the Liberal party.

See, I have set before you today life and prosperity, death and adversity; I call heaven and earth to witness against you today that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curses. Choose life so that you and your descendants may live.

First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings should be made for everyone, for kings and all who are in high positions, so that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and dignity. This is right and is acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour, who desires everyone to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
