For the first time, the Waterloo Catholic District School Board (WCDSB) has decided to celebrate pride month this June, 2020. Many Catholic schools have established student clubs known as gay/straight alliances. Catholic schools have also implemented the 2019 revised but still radical sex-curriculum that teaches children gender identity: the idea that a boy can be a girl and a girl can be a boy, among other equally anti-Catholic ideas.

If Ontario Catholic schools have become similar to public schools, then, why have them at all, as some have and will certainly continue to ask. Catholics may be in denial, but the question points to the truth. Parents may not want to admit it, but it doesn't change the reality that Catholics schools have changed greatly in the last five decades.

The Waterloo Catholic District School board has decided it will celebrate pride month, June 1-30, 2020.

Canadian Rebel News reporter Keean Bexte was not allowed to cover PM Justin Trudeau's press conference yesterday. In fact, he was grabbed by an RCMP officer and forced to leave the grounds. Shame on PM Justin Trudeau for media censorship. Shame on the rest of the MSM for keeping silent about censorship. Shame on the media for accepting money from the Canadian tax payer that is doled out by Trudrau's Liberal goverment's 600 million dollar slush fund.

Poverty and hunger don't stop because of a pandemic. If anything, the needs are greater. So, Canadian Food for Children's work has carried on during this pandemic. The only time they were forced to stop was during the days they could not get a container. CFFC is operating on reduced hours, but they are open.

CFFC has had another successful year helping the less fortunate and hungry children and their families around the world. The work is done right here in Toronto.

The recent Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) report by Brigadier-General C.J.J. Mialkowski shows just how terrible the conditions of Ontario's retirement homes. The Covid-19 pandemic and this report have made the grim reality come to light.

Today the United States celebrates Memorial Day. It's a holiday to honour, remember and mourn those military men and women who died while serving their country. Today's Gospel reading from John 16: 29-33 is very appropriate:

The disciples said to Jesus, “Now you are talking plainly, and not in any figure of speech. Now we realize that you know everything and that you do not need to have anyone question you.

In these days of political correctness we can't tell if the latest care of the Earth initiative is totally coming from the Vatican or one adopted from the United Nations. One of 17 Sustainable Development Golds of the United Nations is protecting environment.

The Vatican recently announced that it will celebrate the fifth anniversary of Pope Francis' encyclical Ludato Si' with a year-long program to safeguard the earth.

Just about a month ago Canada lost a great defender of life: Fr. Alphonse de Valk. His seminal work is the book published in 1974 titled, Morality and Law in Canadian Politics: The Abortion Controversy. It should be required reading in all Catholic schools and church communities. If we want to know how Canada legalized the evil of abortion, this is the definitive book.

Why aren't Canadians, and the rest of the world, being told the truth about the cornavirus? Health care services in Western countries have focused on the virus and have essentially not treated other illnesses. This has meant that people have probably died because they can't get the medical services they need even though hospitals in many cases are empty.

Italian Congresswoman Sara Cunial fires back at Bill Gates and all those who are trying to use the pandemic for a power grab and greater government control over the citizenry. Cunial says that the push for a new vaccine to fight the virus and improve health is just a cover for population control and the loss of individual freedom and privacy. It's the agenda of the deep state and the elites.

See, I have set before you today life and prosperity, death and adversity; I call heaven and earth to witness against you today that I have set before you life and death, blessing and curses. Choose life so that you and your descendants may live.

First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings should be made for everyone, for kings and all who are in high positions, so that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and dignity. This is right and is acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour, who desires everyone to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
