Canada in crisis: The Emergencies Act vote

Dear Canadian Member of Parliament, Please vote NO to the Emergencies Act motion. PM Justin Trudeau has had much time and opportunity to peacefully resolve the issue in Ottawa, but has sadly, chosen to escalate the matter with insulting words and inaction towards the protesters. The solution has always been negotiation.

Ontario: Happy Family Day

It's sad that even as we celebrate Family Day in Ontario, Canada's parliament will be voting on approving the Emergencies Act. Close to 200 protesters have been arrested and dozens of vehicles towed away. The protesters were in Ottawa opposing the Covid-19 mandates. In the last few days they have been met by police in riot gear, carrying batons, and pepper spray has been used on the peaceful demonstrators. Whatever the vote, these are dark days for Canada.
